Marco Parroni has spent more than twenty-five years in the automotive and premium industry, and over twelve years in private banking — building an international career across leadership, partnerships, branding and business development.
His automotive career included leadership roles at Ferrari and FCA Switzerland, where he worked across sales, dealer development, market positioning and premium mobility. Early on, he also built and managed his own multi-brand automotive business, shaping his entrepreneurial and commercial approach.
He later joined Julius Baer, where he spent more than a decade helping shape the bank's international positioning during one of its most transformative periods. As Chief Marketing Officer, he led global marketing initiatives and launched Julius Baer's long-term partnership with Formula E, helping connect private banking with innovation, sustainability and a new generation of clients.
Over the years, Marco has built an international network across business, finance, sport, premium brands and technology. His work has always been relationship driven, focused on long-term partnerships, trusted introductions and opportunities built over time.
Today, through UNIQ PRIME, he advises selected family offices, entrepreneurs, executives and brands across Europe and the UAE. His work focuses on strategic relationships, partnerships, international positioning and access to trusted networks across multiple industries.
Alongside UNIQ PRIME, Marco is active in selected advisory and board roles connected to sport, technology, mobility and premium brands.
