Privacy Policy

Last updated: 1 June 2026

UNIQ PRIME processes personal data in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (revFADP, in force since 1 September 2023) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This policy explains what we collect, why, and the rights you have.

Controller

The controller responsible for data processing on this website is UNIQ PRIME, Turmstrasse 18, CH-6312 Steinhausen ZG, Switzerland, represented by Marco Parroni. You can reach us at marco.parroni@uniqprime.com.

What we collect

Contact requests: when you use the contact form, we collect the information you provide — your name, email address, and optionally your company, how we were introduced, and your message.

Technical data: our hosting infrastructure automatically records standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and time of request) for security and operational purposes.

Analytics data: with your consent, we collect aggregated usage statistics through Google Analytics (see Cookies below).

Why we use it and our legal basis

We use contact data solely to respond to your inquiry and to maintain the resulting correspondence. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering requests directed to us, and the steps taken at your request prior to any engagement.

We use analytics data to understand how the site is used and to improve it. The legal basis is your consent, which you can give or withdraw at any time via the cookie banner.

Service providers and where data is stored

Hosting: the website runs on infrastructure located in the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany).

Database: we use Supabase as our database and backend provider, with data stored in the European Union.

Email: contact form messages are delivered to us using SendGrid, which processes the submitted details to route the email.

Analytics: Google Analytics is provided by Google. Where analytics data is transferred outside Switzerland or the EU, such transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards (EU Standard Contractual Clauses). We enable IP anonymisation.

These providers act as our processors and are permitted to use the data only to deliver their service to us.

Retention

We keep contact correspondence only as long as necessary to handle your request and for any subsequent relationship, after which it is deleted. Analytics data is retained in aggregated form according to the Google Analytics retention settings.

Your rights

You may request access to your data, as well as its correction or deletion, object to processing, and withdraw any consent you have given, at any time, by writing to marco.parroni@uniqprime.com.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority — in Switzerland, the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).

Changes

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or the law. The current version always applies.
